ANAND SINGH NEGI,  CHEF
Anand makes beautiful delicious food using his over a decade of experience with Indian cusine. He's learnt some of the secrets from the grandmasters of indian cooking. Trained in classical Indian cooking, Anand has seen success working for the Taj Group of Hotels in India. He began to experiment and develop his innovative techniques whilst in London and now offers his delightful recepies for the Barcelona audience.

SANJAY DAS GUPTA, MANAGER
Sanjay has overall responsible for client satisfaction. He worked in the prestigious 5 star hotel chain - The Taj Group in India and for La Porte des Indes in London (part of  the Blue Elephant Group of Restaurants).

ANDREA VARGA, GERENTE
Andrea has an MBA from IESE Business School Barcelona and before accumulated more than 6 years experience in financial markets. She is the CEO of the company and has overall responsibility for the administration of the company.
